i am surprised that their birthday affects their move out??
 
also a note: according to datamines, before the current patch (1.2.1) it was possible for the flag marking the 10th villager move-in to be incorrectly set, which meant that anecdotally, you found people who could move out their 10th villager.

this seems to have been patched, according to the latest datamine info, and you can no longer move out your 10th villager (though it's technically possible, I think if the flag was set before the patch hit).
 
The last one, -moved in most recently, is absolutely false.. I've had at least 4 most recent move ins ask to leave, the most recent being Judy whom I gladly and happily accepted..

Yep, me too, when Bunnie first moved in she asked to leave the day after she unpacked everything.

Thank you for sharing this OP, it's very interesting, I'm wanting Pierce and Dobie to go as I have their framed pictures, so I guess I'll have to just kind of ignore them, or not speak to them as much.
 
One thing to add that Ninji said in the twitter thread is that if you have a full island and it's been 30 days since the last move-out, then it caps out at 80% chance for an islander to request to move that day. That would explain why some people are having more luck than others.

Also it sounds like friendship's affect on leaving is based on RNG rather than percentage.

Were any of those after the most recent patch? According to Ninji, before 1.2.1b the 10th villager could leave, but the most recent patch appears to have fixed it.
 
I'm pretty sure I have few villagers who moved out a day or two after their birthday.

Huh. Sounds like there might still be something wrong with it then that Ninji didn't find. Based on what he found, the most recent move-in isn't supposed to want to move.

Well disregard the thread I linked. After reading it that villager was NOT the OP of that threads most recent...
 
Ninji's twitter thread also said that after a villager moves out there is a minimum of 15 days before anyone else asks to move out. Has anyone had a villager ask to move out sooner than this?

And he thought that a campsite move-in would also cause a minimum of 15 days to elapse before anyone else asks to move out - has anyone had any requests that would suggest this is not true?

I can't speak to the 15 days thing, but the campsite is its own separate thing in my experience. According to my notes, Judy requested to move-out on April 28th and I said no. Then I invited Fang from my campsite on April 30th. Then, Zell requested to move-out on May 5th, which is five days after the campsite villager.
