Creepy/Dark/Shadowy villagers?

Ok in reading the above posts I came across a villager that I wasn't familiar with. I had to look up Jambette on the wiki. 0.0 !

No Word Of A Lie..... she looks like a frog version of the HR manager at my previous job. The only thing missing is about 20 rings on her fingers with oversize stones. I'd quit playing this game if she moved into my town.
