Creating a central park area in my town?

Hey i need some help/ ideas for a central park area, for example layout and objects inside the park, I am thinking of a row of trees with an intersection with a fountain in the middle( currently being constructed). Any other ideas to add beauty to my park?

Maybe add a bench in somewhere.

Throw in some lamppost and topiaries. Make it as symmetrical as possible. Add a picnic blanket somewhere too.

Picnic blanket! I have an area set up as a metro park with the fountain, bell, picnic blanket, cube sculpture and wisteria trellis by my cafe and town hall. But you could do the tires, jungle gym, and sandbox if you wanted a more playful park.

Agree with what everyone said, and also add some flowers (same species or same colour) to surround the fountain.

Have you ever been to the conservatory gardens? Look that up if you haven't. IT IS A MUST! It's about three sectioned off areas with lots of flowers and statues, benches etc.

My little park has a picnic blanket, the sphere climbing/spinner toy, a log bench, and a tire toy/bench. The backdrop behind it are fruit trees with flowers in between them. I too am working on my cute little park, I am planning on adding either the illuminated arch or flower arch for a walkway into the park or in the park itself, definitely working on getting the picnic blanket and may add the illuminated clock somewhere, I will be loving the outcome. I also think looking at dream towns with pretty parks gives inspiration^^
