Nintendo is certainly not going to implicate the notion of gangs, ghettos, or any of the sort in an Animal Crossing game! They would lose too much of the audience playing the game!

one of the bigges treasons why i love AC, and why my dad can play it, is because it is peaceful. no speed, no rush, no violence, nothin. Just pure fun.

Animal Crossing is more for younger people that's why it's rated E and I don't think Nintendo will raise it to teen with violence it is good enough as it is. Plus Crazy Redd is like the Black market!
