Crap, accidentally TT'd. Negative effects for time-traveling?

I was in a hurry when I set my 3DS clock, and accidentally set it for 6AM instead of 6PM (after having been to about 5:30PM on that same day), so I ended up accidentally traveling back in time, not noticing until I went to check the shops and found them all closed despite the daylight.

Is there any adverse effects for such time-traveling instances? I know it spoils turnips (there goes a whole stock of 6000 that I had bought for the week; I'd be more annoyed if I didn't already have the gold turnip trader badge, so as it is I'm just out about 500k bells which isn't TOO bad), and don't think it'll affect any movers since Rosie had only moved out the day before, so I don't know if anyone's set to move yet. Is there any other downsides?

Probably not too notable (especially for your situation) but I know that the snowman lottery system opts out if you tt.

Other than that mentioned, time travelling backwards doesn't really effecting anything.
Normally negative things happen when you Time Travel Forward (like villagers moving out, new villagers plotting in bad areas if you are a plot resetter, flowers dying).
So nothing bad, other than that mentioned, should happen.
At least not that I am aware of.

If you did time travel back to say, 5:50 am or something like that and let the time go until 6AM, you would get negative effects possibly because it counts as a new day starting when the clock his 6AM.
But since you went right to 6AM, there shouldn't be any negative effects from that.

For now, you'll have no negative time travel effects except that your turnips will be spoiled but that's about it. Nothing else that's really major considering you're still on the same day and if you have already played that day i'm sure nobody will want to move out since it is the same day essentially. Although, if you're still worried about move-outs for future reference I saw a thread that said if you get two or more villager rumours, (a villager just talking about how rumors can be vicious and so on not a rumour about another villager) it usually means a villager doesn't want to move out and that nobody wants to move out at the moment. This method 100% works for me and i've never had a villager move out the next day when i've had villagers mention rumours. Sorry about the turnips though..
