Cow villagers

Are they difficult to find? I thought I might start looking for Patty now but it crossed my mind that I have never even seen her in another town let alone on one of the trading boards.
Do people not like the cows? Or do they just not come up very often for any other reason?

If not Patty, who would you suggest as my peppy villager?
The other option I thought of was Winnie but I'm not 100% set. Want one of each personality eventually with an extra smug/lazy. I don't really like very pink characters. Can kind of get an idea of who I like from my villager list in my signature.
If anybody can make a suggestion or has any information about Patty it would be a great help!

i think it's because most people don't like the cows.

I like tipper. If I'm not wrong she's a snooty. If you want a peppy, go for flora! She's cute.

I have Patty and Tipper in my main town. I love cows! I have T-Bone in my second town until he wants to move to my main, and Angus in my 3rd town... I shall have them all in one town soon!!

Actually I had a loom at Flora but I never see her come up either? I'm guessing without looking at the list she is probably quite popular which may make her harder for me to obtain.

i just visited a dream address for the purpose of looking at Winnie and she is actually incredibly sweet!
I'm thinking of maybe swapping Patty out and trying to get Winnie. I've seen her available a couple of times on game FAQs but never offered anything because I wasn't sure.
Flora or Winnie then....

Oh, how many cows are there? I was thinking there's only 3 but there's 4 listed there! Haha
Will have to check them out. Patty just looks incredibly cute and I also love cows....I wish we could have 12 villagers instead of 10

I've just never even seen one other than on a picture online.
I quite like the pigs too though and I think a lot of people don't so they get voided a lot. If I start a new village i'm definitely going to do something like a farm theme and get the cows, chickens, ducks and pigs

I almost forgot cows existed, I love that species! I probably will end up having 2 slots for villagers in Sapphire, I might hunt down a cow. Anyways, like others said, most people don't like cows. Correct me if I'm wrong but aren't most cows tier 5? People tend to void tier 5's though more people would hunt down a 5 than a common 1st tier. But as for a peppy villager, how about Carmen? She's adorable, I love her!

Ah, I hadn't even looked at Carmen!
I think it will depend now on who leaves and who I can't get first. I have several options for Peppy now thanks to the suggestions on here! My next villager I really want to be Zucker, Dierdre or Bam. Then Zell and either Patty/Carmen/Winnie/Flora/Naomi (really like the look of Naomi actually) although I think maybe Winnie is at the top right now....she looks so pretty!
Thank you all for giving me options though! I really struggled when looking at uchi, jock and peppy villagers....whereas there's a load of cranky and smugs who I would love!

I adore the cows, especially my two snooties, Naomi and Tipper. As for Patty, she comes up fairly regularly in my campsite. I had her in one of the former AC games and she is an adorable peppy. I say keep searching. She will turn up sooner or later. Good luck!

I love the cows and bulls! It's very hard to come across them. Bulls and cows hardly show up in my campsite, and unfortunately most Animal Crossing players don't appreciate them because they're not "cute" and popular so these kinds of villagers are often voided instead. Just like chickens and ostriches, I love the bulls and cows despite being under-appreciated and unique.

I haven't had anybody I even remotely wanted come into my campsite yet I see people getting so lucky with who turns up and there's just me....with Rocket or somebody....argh

i guess the reason why cows are well liked or sought after is that theeres only 3 in new leaf and none of them are well designed. naomi's face reminds me of a chinese opera which is kinda creepy.

Oh haha, I like the look of Naomi though. And Patty. I really don't like the Bulls. I had Rhodeo in my town and he just wasn't good to look at everyday. Not quite as bad as Rocket but pretty awful....

I got kind of lucky because Patty was in my original five and Tipper was a random move-in in my cycling town.Maybe one of these days I'll get Naomi and have the ACNL cow trio.I would say that Patty is a bit easier to find than Tipper or Naomi.It just seems like she pops up more often in the cycling towns.

I tend to go with who I like the look of most, popularity doesn't bother me except for when it comes to getting villagers from somebody.
I have all the octopi because I adore them I think they're the sweetest things.

I don't tend to like the cow villagers. I prefer: WOLVES! Dogs, deer. I also dislike the squirrel and hamster villagers and frogs...Wow...I really don't seem to like very many xD.

Oh my God! They actually all look so cute together! And I do love Agnes I wish I could have two uchis....just can't swap out Zell, I want him for my second smug.
Wish there were 12 spaces for villagers....although then I'd probably want more.
Once I'm done with this town I'm going to get a second cartridge and do a farm village so I can include the pigs and cows I probably won't get in this one.

yeah the cows don't pop up too often... lots of people just advertise the high tiered villagers in their town moreso... the bulls aren't too easy to find too! I spent a week searching for Vic... Luckily by that day almost all the regulars on the Plaza were on the lookout for me and I was able to get him in my Skyrim town, where he still is and he's quickly becoming one of my favorite villagers... probably top 5 (after the top ten in my other town...)
