Could anybody make me a signature picture please?

As I've been looking but have no clue where to start. All I really want is my town name (Hyrule) with a little picture of each of my villagers (listed in my signature). Some kind of dark background as its a mostly zen town.
Obviously I'd be happy to pay for it if you let me know how much
