corrupt data error 3DS XL new leaf

Hi all,

I got a new memory card yesterday, same brand as the one on the 3DS, I moved my data and it was all working awesome, I left the 3DS on last night to download a game, when I woke up I launched AC (because that is what I do when I wake up, haha) only to find that I was not able to, I'm getting data is corrupted and then it sends me to the start screen, anyone knows what can I do? I collected a bunch of money last night and I think I lost everything, I have to old memory card, so I would not completely loose everything, but still, it's really bad :S
something I noticed is that when I first launched the game the date was off (wth)

Do you have the digital version of New Leaf? I've heard lots of people getting corrupt data errors with it.

but still I don't think that should be a problem, do you think I should contact nintendo?

Ahh thats bad, at least you don't have to start from scratch, maybe you can go to the store and ask for a change of SD so you can get a new one.

When I moved to the new one I did noticed it took a bit more to load the titles, anyways, I don't think is defective since the memory does works.

I wouldn't really advise completely moving just copy onto your PC then copy onto the new one. Thats what I always do just to make site I don't lose to much if anything happens

About the speed of the SD, every SD have a little number that indicates the speed, being a higher number faster.

guess what guys, had to start from scratch the 3ds did not got the old sd card and gave (corrup data error) in the game so I had to start the game all over again.

I've been seeing a lot of horror stories with corrupt data with this game... even with physical copies. A person in a facebook group I'm in recently had his ACNL save data corrupted, and he had a physical copy. It makes me wonder if this game is too much for the 3DS to handle or something.

It's nowhere near making the 3DS break even a sweat, it's just defective coding in the game. I heard there were crashes and whatnot in the JP version as well.

Wow, that's really terrible! I've been hearing a lot of horror stories about digital copies of ACNL, too, which baffles me because on so many consoles already you are able to download games directly to them without any problems! :/ Nintendo seems pretty behind the times when it comes to online interaction and DLC-type transactions, though honestly, so I don't know why I'm surprised at all anymore...

That sucks dude. Good luck with the restart. Dam shame people seem to be suffering this data corruption thing. I have the digital copy but have so far avoided it.

Same. I've avoided any crashing in my game and I have the digital version on my regular 3Ds. I'm not surprised that there is defective coding in the game.
