Selling Cool new idea/game thing that I though of

So basically, It's an item scavenger hunt! You charge an entry fee (or not) for 3 visitors and bury/hide items around your town! It would be like a scavenger hunt! You could use the timer to give them time limits, ect. I don't know how good of an idea this actually is, but it sounds cool on paper, so I might try one soon in more detail.
