Cooking app requirements?

I got it on my main character, but it doesn't show up for any of the others. Is there something I need to do in order to unlock it?

You have to buy it with Nook Miles as shown in the Direct. Did you complete DIY workshop?

Try some of these:
Buy the recipes from the cabinet in Nook's Cranny
Try using a stove/range
Try fishing up a seabass
Try visiting a villager who is cooking.

I did all the workshops and still don't have it unlocked for my Nook Stop, yet. So, I'm not sure what's wrong xwx
