Hello! Welcome to Cookies Cycling, this is brand new, and im brand new to the forums too! Here are the basic rules of the Cycling:

1) You can either permenently claim a villger, so if they are moving out, they will be given to you over someone else, but if you temporarily claim them, then a permenently claiming person willbe chosen over you to recieve the villager.
2) Its first come first served, if there is two permanent claimers, then the first one to claim it will be given the villager.
3)If the permenent claimer doesnt reply until 8pm GMT, then the second permenent claimer will be given tbe villager, then the third and so on, but if theres no permennt claimers left, it will be given to the first temporary one and so on
3) If no one replies, there will be a last minute rush. Anyone can claim it and its first come first served. There is no second claimers in the last minute rush, so if the first claimer in the last minute rush doesnt take it, then the villager is terminated.
4) Please ask questions by PMing me.
5) This is completely free and tiers are not involved
