Cookie/Buscuit Ideas?

So next week in Catering we have to make our own biscuits/cookies, I can be any cookies/biscuits that you want.

I'm thinking of making a Oreo chip (A big chocolate chip cookie with the same base of an oreo.)

Any more ideas?

they're dark chocolate cupcakes with a butter cream frosting and a mini cherry pie in the middle. The recipe is in one of the few topics I started awhile ago..

In other words it's just a cinnamony sugar cookie.

Cookie balls (the dough is rolled into a ball) with a jelly or marshmallow filling.

Cookie bowls (dough is molded into a bowl shape) with some filling in the middle.

I could come up with ideas all day.

Do a cookie with different kinds of cookie parts in it such as chocolate chip, sugar, etc. But that'll take long.. ;p
