Giveaway [Contest] ROSIE the Peppy Cat! Ends @ 8PM EST

Rosie pinged me to leave on the Dec. 28th in my cycle town! This is a chance for those who have her as a dreamie, but cannot afford her, to get her! As far as I can tell, SHE IS IN ORIGINAL CONDITION. I never entered her house and only spoke to her a couple of times.

RULES FOR ENTERING:

1. DO NOT sell Rosie after you get her. I want her to go to a forever home.
If there is a TT accident, please GIVE HER AWAY FOR FREE.

2. Accounts must be made 14 days prior to this post and have at least 5 positive wi-fi ratings.
If you question my activity on TBT, note that I use reddit more often. You can check my credibility here if you'd like.

3. MUST have dreamie proof.
I honestly prefer a photo signature, since text ones can be changed on spot.
If you wish to enter and have a text signature, I will be looking through your activity to confirm her dreamie status.

4. To ensure you've read all the rules, comment with Rosie's catchphrase (silly) in your entry!

HOW TO ENTER:

Tell (or convince) me (or Rosie) why she should move into [insert town here]!
You can include a photo or screenshot, what matters THE MOST is the writing.

Have you cycled through 16 villagers after Rosie? If not, then you'll have to do that before you can get her back. Also, it seems to me like you didn't read the rules or how to enter for this contest because you've disregarded all those things.

Oh, wow, I would definitely enter if I were in my home country (Canada!) at the moment. Unfortunately, the contest ends at 1am for me and I can't stay up. >~< Gaaaah, I have an adorable little location in the woods for her house and everything...
