Connection Issue?

I was always able to visit people on AC:NL - but now there seems to be a problem?
I can wonder trade and connect with people all over the world on Pokemon X so whats the deal?

Can I try connecting with someone here? :/

I was having a problem the other day too but only for animal crossing (pokemon x was fine for me) so I don't mind trying with you now!
