Cheese ~ noun. Cheese is the greatest substance created by, or known to, man. It is worshiped by pagans and rodents alike. Cheese is created through the capture of air and time, and the art of combining the two. And I think that milk falls into that picture somewhere? Cheese is beloved by all, and can be connected to almost any animal on this earth. Cheese is delicious!

Cheese is like all of humanity - There are those who are sharp and provide a bit of a sting, those who are sweet and mild, who at times are enjoyable and other times hardly noticed, and those who are hard to be near...pungent personalities that you have to take in small doses or they overwhelm you. When warmed, both are comforting and more pliable. Some stay firm, and some crumble easily. We're not always in the mood for either, so we we have the freedom to choose to be with or without (cheese or people), depending on our feelings that day.

For me, cheese is everything. I nice sandwich filler, a great cracker topper, a great flavour for most foods, a good friend, a family member, a warm hug in the darkest of nights. Cheese can cure any bad mood and any empty stomach. Cheese is very kind, it just wants to help and we need to let it help! PONKY
