Selling Complete Egg Set

I have an extra Egg Set that I would like to sell. I have all pieces of furniture, wall and floor. I also have an egg basket, Zipper's pic and a grand prize ticket included in this.

I am open to trades. If offering a trade, make sure its a complete set as I am offering a complete set. If offering a rare set, I will trade 1:1. Right now I am on a search for the complete sloppy set.
