Buying Competitive Azumarill - Still searching!

I'm seeking an Azumarill that:

-Has the Huge Power ability
-Knows belly drum AND aqua jet
-Has as many perfect IVs as possible (preferably one in HP at least)

I'll pay more TBT if it can be nicknamed for me~ I'll also pay more if it is shiny, although that isn't required.

I'm willing to pay up to 600 TBT or more~ just let me know what you have available~ C:
