Companion Guide

Did anyone get their Companion Guide (through Amazon) yet that reside in the States? I pre-ordered mine in the beginning of March and my account still says Order received, but does not give an estimated delivery date.

Anyone, having the same issue? Or have received their copy.

I really don't want to bug Amazon with the state of affairs currently going on, but I want my copy. I am a collector

im pretty sure on amazon i read about delays that possibly even go into late may so i wouldnt hold my breath im waiting too.

Amazon.com said that the first batch arrives first week of May and it wouldn't cover all the pre-orders. The next batch arrives end of May. I ordered mine on February 23 and not sure where my order is on the list. On February 23rd it was on sale on Amazon.com for half price. It was #1 on the bestseller so a lot of copies got sold.

To be honest, I have been so frustrated with not being 100% sure what give my villagers (for example: what I thought was basic was considered cute), so I dusted off ACNL's guide and have been using it. To some extent, villager's seem to like the same things they did in NL.

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m just wondering. Is there any ebook version of the companion guide that we can buy off kindle or Apple bookstore? I want a copy of it but I think it’ll take too long to have it shipped where I am in the world and I’m not really keen on actual printed books anymore. I kinda like that ebooks go with me wherever whenever.

I want to get mine so badly. I preordered rather early as well! Knowing that it has all the villagers and their personalities and little commentary makes me so excited. I know it's all in the wiki, but I just want to sit in bed with a cup of tea and read through all these little blurbs / look at the pictures!!! Yes im 12

As frustrating as it is overall, it felt good reading that others are still waiting on theirs too. I’d started seeing so many people talk about the guide over the last two weeks that I was beginning to feel like it was just mine that something went wrong with!

THAT! I love books! Always have! To sit in bed and flip through it sounds heavenly! With a nice cup of tea!

That is why I thought it rather weird why couldn't dl from the publishers direct site.

Also, when I saw the UK was getting their copy, I googled to see if it could be DL'd to tide me over. I used this scholarly website when I was at uni called academia.edu and it showed that someone had posted it there. However, it was a misdirection. It is not available PDF that I am aware of! Beware of scams!

There is a Kindle version, but the reviews (few, to be sure) aren't that good for it. I'm going to wait for the physical copy to come.
