EDIT: NOW SELLING COLTON FOR 200k BELLS, VOIDING IN 30 MINUTES.
I don't really want Colton to go, but I did the reset trick after I asked him to move in, and I did it a couple times that morning, but his plot wasn't there any time, so I figured he would move in the next day. So I set the time to later in the day and his plot WAS RIGHT AT THE ENTRANCE TO THE BEACH. I tried to pave it and make it work, but... it just wasn't happening.
TL;DR, Colton's house is in a bad spot, so I want to sell him so I don't have to work around his house all the time.
ANYWAYS, I'm asking for 300k bells. I haven't been inside his house, but his shirt and catchphrase is the same, so he's probably original, or mostly original. ( can't guarantee it'll stay like that, though...) Not in boxes yet.
