Selling collectibles

would you consider selling your hammer for around 5k-5.5k(I saw that was what it was going for on quite a few people posts so I thought I would ask.

If there are more sales to bump the average price down then I would, but if those 2 sales were just to make a quick profit I will wait for other offers before accepting that much lower than guide prices (which are avging 7k but I'd accept lower than that atm just not 5k)
 
Are you trading a hammer + BTB for the teal house?

Darn I have only about 3k.. Let me know if you dont get any other offers because I would be willing to trade for the house, 2700 btb and 4 Stale cakes. :/

If you can sell the stale cakes for btb and then get back to me I can probably do the btb + house for hammer (but no guarantees)
