Collectible Correction

I purchased a collectible correction 2 weeks ago. It said it could take up to a week to go through, however it still hasn't gone through. Is it normal for it to take this long? I don't mean to rush anyone, I just want to make sure nothing has gone wrong or anything. Thanks!

Jeremy is the only one that can perform the collectible correction. So it usually takes a while. The one time I did it, it took me a month.

It was actually skipped because it was to move a collectible between two accounts that were disabled for being alts. So moving it wouldn't actually do anything.
