Starting bid = 100,000 bells

Buyout = yellow Japanese collectible, pinwheel collectible (I can dream, right?)
Bell buyout = 3 million in game bells. 500 tbt bells.

Is 500 tbt bells a buyout or is it extra to the 3mil? If yes I could offer all of my tbt bells and I think I have the mini lullaboid (but I will check now).

500 tbt is a buy out by itself. If you offered 435 tbt plus the mini lulloboid, which i have been looking for forever, i would consider that a buy out.
