Club Tortimer community?

You can't leave if someone opens their inventory, so they just hold it open and the game doesn't let you leave unless you turn your ds off, so then you can't save whatever you've got, like medals from tours and things
There's no solution to it really

No, what they do is they open up a tour and don't sit down, which locks the island and prevents anyone from coming in or leaving. Also, they could open up their inventory window and stay in that screen, which also prevents anyone from coming or going.

No, what they do is open up a tour and then they won't sit down. This locks up the island and prevents anyone from entering or leaving it. Also, they could open up their pockets and leave it like that, which locks up the island as well.

I've done a few visits over the past couple of days, and everyone has been cordial. Done a fair few tours and had some fun!

Although, I never get islands with more than one person in them. Is this normal?

I've actually had a lot of fun there, performing glitches to get on top of the hut and stuff.

My character is a boy and I like to wear dresses a lot, and one time I was on CT and someone questioned me about it since I'm a guy, and when I told him that it makes me happy, he didn't have anything more to say about it. We need more kids like that in the world, you know.

Yeah, I'm a male and I just have a second female character. Surprisingly, there aren't that many male clothing items. I feel like Nintendo did that on purpose because they knew that the males don't really care about how they look (which isn't true). I actually love playing dress up with both of my characters!

I don't normally get more than 1, depends how long you hang around. The other day I had 3 other people with me, it's only happened the once though

Speaking of dressing up in girl clothes. I saw the Kimono and it was classified as a dress. I kinda chuckled because I know guys could wear it too

Ok coming back from my first visit I did small talk with a Japanese player. Another one came and went.

i don't like going to CT, a great deal of my encounters have been beggars, children, people who are afk, and just plain annoying people, i think ive only met like 3-5 people i actually liked, if your searching for friends i recommend looking on forums

i met my best friend from japan with club tortimer. it's really hit or miss. if you dont want bell beggers or anything of the sort, dont wear any gracie/expensive items. at least in my experience, graciegrace items get people begging not stop.
like what poster above said, for friends, you're best sticking to forums

I have met some horrible people but also some wonderful ones who have become very dear friends. Just be careful and enjoy it for what it is.
