Is Club Nintendo for the US the same as Club Nintendo for Canada?

Not sure , look at these games I found I want

And if I were you, I would get 300 then not enter anymore codes until you get enough for 300 more, so that way none of your points are wasted.

D: do they remove your points or something ?
