I'm so confused. The dude came to my town, I got all the signatures, and he disappeared. It's been well over a week and there is no sign of anything opening up. Am I out of luck of is there anyway I can get a club to go in?

It does take a while, I think Shrunk goes away and renovates it and then it suddenly appears next door to the dream suite! Be patient it will turn up!
