Okay, so i heard that clovers were a type of weed, but do they keep you from getting a perfect town? I wanted to know before i started hoarding my town with them....

Clovers are a type of weed but they don't affect your town, so having clovers don't keep you from having a perfect town. Same goes with dandelions.

Clovers are weeds, but they don't count against perfect town, and neither does lucky clovers.

Incorrect, all clovers are weeds but they don't negatively influence your town. The difference between lucky and normal clovers is zero when planted on the ground.
