At first it was around 160mil
But with the catalog it added another 30mil so all together 190mil
But all the items on the ground are reducing the value so rn its 180mil

I accidentally deleted my first town after the update because I didn't know how the selling process worked until I googled it.
This is like, my 3rd town(i think)
I love it a lot but I want a new layout & everything.
