What the heck does hatching a manaphy and finding a mespirit shiny have to do with things?
I did constantly turn the game off when manaphy hatched so it would be a shiny
but Mespirit i caught myself

It's called Pokesav. Majority of people saying they EV train like Marriland does he doesn't. Awhile back ago on his forum he posted how he got his Pokemon so good and he said he Pokesav them. Then after five minutes he deleted the thread.

your mesprit is most likely hacked. The running pokemon are the hardest to get shiny because the game determines if its shiny or not when it starts running, not when you battle it. So that means you have an incredibly low chance of getting it shiny added to the fact that you would have to save at the part where it starts running, then find it, then soft reset. Incredibly hard.

It's possible to hatch a Manaphy in Diamond if that's what game you are talking about.
