Sorry, but I just have a stupid question. When I save the image, it downloads it as a PNG, regardless of whether I am saving the static version or the animated version. Then when I go to open the animated version or upload it to Toyhouse, because it is a PNG file, the animation information is lost. Is there any way that you could change the file type to a GIF and then reupload it so I could save it again? Or is there anything I should be doing on my end?
