OK so today I needed to double check the date he was moving, which was in 3 days, and despite me saying that it was fine for him to move, he said "Oh no, you're my best friend and I can see what's written all over your face, so I won't move after all."..... Like what the heck, Stitches, why you do this to me... Anyway... I'll have to wait until he pings again. I'm so sorry about this... Maybe next time I'll have his house back to 100% until then this offer is closed. OTL
