Oh, sorry everyone :/
I lost the 614 price as Re-tail closed. When I TTed to re-open it the price dropped to like 64 bells. I've been trying to find another good price but not got anything over 100. At the moment I am holding a couple of villagers and so I can not change the date for a while now.
