I Would like to get Merengue today!

I want to surprise my sister with Merengue, her favourite villager, on her birthday which is 2 days from now.
If I adopt Merengue today, she'll be moved in on my sisters birthday, so it would be nice to adopt her today!

Will pay with TBT or IGB!
