Ah! He moved out a couple days ago... Really wanted him out. Need to stalk this thread more. Basically just auto-voided him.

EDIT: I'm also contemplating replacing Carmen with Chrissy as my dreamie instead, only because Chrissy really reminds me of Takashi Murakami's DOB paintings and I'm a fan of being subtly reminded in ACNL.
