I have a question. I've seen the term "Dreamies" used a hell of a lot and it seems that they essentially are villagers you really would like to add to you village. My question is when someone says "I'll need proof that they are your dreamie!" how exactly do they know if they are or not?

I've not made a Dreamie list as I'm not sure on the whole etiquette of it all or how it all works? Is it something you just declare yourself?
