TBT is the "bells" listed underneath your avatar (you have SO many, wow!!) you can use them to purchase villagers, items, signatures and collectibles on the site here! And clear void means that you don't have any villagers that moved away lurking in the ether. Like say you have 9 villagers and a guest visits your town (and they have a void) any of their villagers that moved out (and weren't picked up by another player/mayor from another town) can and will move into your town immediately. That is IF you have the 10th spot available. This might not happen, but it has happened to me and it's a huge pain in the butt. In my signature it says only people with clear voids can visit, because I don't want the same thing to happen again. To clear your void, visit a town with 10 villagers!
