Unfortunately, I have no way of getting the wifi signal to call in Filly That being said, the user RedTropicalFish really helped me in receiving Filly's items and even visiting his RV. I'm not sure whether or not they still call in Filly, but it's always better to ask. Hope this helped and I'm sorry I can't scan him in for you.
