citizen satisfaction problem

so whenever i go to isabelle and tap citizen satisfaction she?s saying that my villagers complain about the garbage and weeds even though i have none?? help

if you have too many items on the ground it’ll count as “garbage” towards your citizen satisfaction. i think even having too many fruit baskets will count as garbage

Along with this, unburied unidentified fossils and lost villager items count as garbage in perfect town status. Also, it's ok to have some "garbage" on the ground without affecting your town rating (I use fruit baskets and lost villager items in my town as decoration). I think you can have as many as 15 "unnatural" items on the ground before the perfect status is affected. The only things that do not count as garbage/weeds (besides flowers) are mushrooms (including rare mushrooms!), lucky clovers, and seashells. Hope this helps!
