Also, note to everyone. I'm going on vacation for a couple days and might be gone for a while. Also, I'm considering deleting this cycling town and making a new one that cycles only tier 1,2 and 3's. This will make it a lot easier to cycle through but will have less diversity in villagers. Let me know what you think
 
Okay I sent the reservation fee :) Also, I think the cycle town that only cycles tier 1,2, and 3 is a good idea!
