I had the same issue yesterday and it was because I had a villager in boxes at the same time. I moved forward a day to when they had moved out and it worked? So maybe try again

i dont have a villager in boxes on my main. i moved out kid cat and tted to next day :[ and only have 9 atm. idk why he won't.

go to my profile, then to the about me section. scroll all the way down, and click my bell amount. then a little box will pop up to transfer over the amount of tbt. :]

yep. but youll need to clear your void then please. and since my main doesnt have 10 anymore youll need to find someone to visit that has 10 ._. or giveaway the villager youre moving out.
