Here's how I'm going to handle this. Though I should flat out say "no" because you posted before I did (which was against the rules), I'm going to do this: if nobody else asks for Kid Cat within the time limit, I'll let you have him.
Until 5:41pm EST, Kid Cat is available to anyone else (so long as they follow the rules).

I've got stuff to do IRL, and I don't feel like dealing with this any longer. The first one of you three to correctly post to claim Kid Cat will get him.

The reason I've decided to close the cycling thread is because it's become more of an aggravation than anything else. I started it because I had a spare cartridge, and figured that, while I cycled for my own dreamies, I'd help other people get theirs (especially since many people were nice enough to answer my noobish questions when I first joined the forums, and I wanted to give back).
However, though there are people who do read my rules and follow them, I've had to revise the rules and even bold statements (particularly on the lurking part) and quote some posters my rules because people weren't following them (and thus, obviously weren't reading them).
I'm tired of people not reading my rules, and I have enough to deal with IRL; to then come here and start cycling only to get frustrated over people who don't follow my rules (and there's at least one person daily, now) isn't something I want to deal with.
If I change my mind down the road, I'll re-open the cycling (I'd make a new thread, I suppose, or just open this one up again; I haven't decided). However, for now, Biscotti will be closed down as a cycling town.
I want to thank the people who actually did read and follow my rules, and who were respectful and were good sports about being beaten to adopting a villager.
I also want to apologize to the two people who were lurking for Fang, because I was going to wait to close the thread until he went into boxes and was adopted by one of his lurkers due to his popularity, but something got messed up when I was cycling (it happens occasionally when I go from 2050 to 2012 in my cycling process), and he got lost. >.<
