FINALLY GOT MY FIRST PURPLE PANSY!

That only leaves me with successfully hybridizing to get a blue rose
Well, and carnations, but I haven't played through a whole year yet so those will be impossible until I get the flowers.

But still! I am so over the moon that I stuck with it and it finally paid off!

That's how I felt when I got my first purple tulip. I wasn't even trying to breed them, I was aiming to breed more orange tulips!

That is so exciting, congratulations. I felt the same way. It is always the best surprise when you are trying to make a different flower and then BAM. Or not even expecting it to happen. Ah c:

That's what happens in Sapphire when I find purple roses! In Sapphire, I only allow blue,gold, and white roses(mostly white) so it happens at least once a week. I'm always happy about it even though I had no use for them. Anyways, congratulations! I never have the patience to grow my own hybrids much less a hybrid garden. If you want, I can just give you 2 blue roses, and 2 of each carnation to start you off :3 I have a ton of flowers. It is pretty satisfying, though, to breed them on your own.

I don't even try to get hybrids but I just like to put bunch of different color flowers close together and see what happens. That's how I got my blue , pink and orange flowers! Anyways, congrats on your hybrids! Blue and purple ones are my favorite!

Congratulations. That's something I'm working on right now, although not terribly hard as I am also trying to grow a whole bunch of other flowers. I have a sneaking suspicion that eventually I'll be at the stage where it is just purple pansies, purple tulips and blue roses I'm trying to get.

Ah I love the feeling of getting a new hybrid flower when you're not expecting it. There was this time when my town experienced a heavy storm and when I logged in to my town, I spotted a blue rose o.o
