Characters that Remind You Of/You Relate to AC Villagers?

I had to bring this up, because it was nagging at me ever since New Leaf when I first saw Marshal.

I could not unsee Marshal as this guy:

Gill, from Harvest Moon: Animal Parade.

Heck, he almost looks like he could be a Marshal gijinka. Plus, he's a smug, tsundere bachelor in the game. And also the Mayor's pompous son.

Are there any characters you can't help but relate to Animal Crossing villagers or even see as them?

legoshi looks a bit more like wolfgang to me but i can definitely see lobo, too!

this could actually be accurate and what his character is based on, due to the mario shirt, gorilla type, and same company as mario bro’s, but i have a feeling louie is a reference to donkey kong, if not really similar (knowing nintendo he’s most likely a reference haha)
