Characters at THE ROOST

Has anyone seen some other characters hanging at the roost other than KK slider ? well I saw 3, Rover,Kapp'n, and Phyliss. Rover talks a lot about some face painted cat (saw her already) Kapp'n seems heart broken or sad (like Homer Simpson at Moe's) And Phyllis seems bored when she goes there. Any other characters? What makes this happen? Do pigs fly?
