So my villagers have been soooo slow requesting public works projects -- even with the diving trick! I just spent two hours diving, and they finally requested something: chair sculpture.

I just looked up the chair sculpture pwp and it looks an awful lots like a rubber boot? I'm nervous about working it into the town design! I was intending to have some balloon arches and some other fun stuff, I just hadn't decided where?

My end goal was to have a mix of modern and fairy tale pwps. The last two requests I got were the rice rack and the instrument shelter. I built the rice rack last week over by my campsite that's surrounded by bamboo.

So for those of you who have the chair sculpture, how did you incorporate it into the design of your town? Did you put lots of trees and flowers around it, or pair it with other pwps?

Thank you! :)

I agree that it looks awful. Since you don't like it, why build it? The villagers make requests, but they don't really care if you build the PWPs or not.

I LOVE the boot! It is like a Santa boot and villagers are beyond cute when they sit on it. It works well if you have a section of town dedicated to the lazies PWP's. They boot, merry go round thingy, tire toy, sand box... it's like a playground.

I love the boot pwp actually, but if you don't really want it, there's no need to build it! I do agree that if you have a playground type area that it works very well in that theme, though.

lol i despise the chair sculpture! I never use it

I agree about it looking awful. I actually built it and demolished it not long after so I may not be able to help much....did you really want it in your town? Just thinking maybe if you can do without it to wait a bit for more PWP requests? They do take ages sometimes. I was quite lucky getting one daily for a while and now they've stopped again....

Anyway, while I had it in my town I basically hid it with bamboo I've traded from somebody and lots of trees and flowers so there really wasn't much point in me having it at all really. I did put a sandbox nearby and the picnic blanket to make it look like a park area. Still didn't work for me but maybe it's an idea?
