Celia will be in boxes tomorrow, March 13th, and is free to a good home. She's not original, I will post a photo of the current state of her house in a bit.

Please be available after 4:30 p.m. PST tomorrow to pick her up. Posting this nice and early since nobody adopted the last couple of villagers I had move out and she's such a sweetheart that I don't want her to end up in the void.

Edit: Here's a photo of her current house state. Please don't let this turn you off from adopting her, it's salvageable...

I literally just adopted Marina but if I could TT and send a villager off, I would adopt Celia in a second. She is so precious that I am actually a little upset I have no room for her. She was a starting villager when I first made my file and I miss her so much...

Oh no! That sucks that you don't have room right now, but if you're willing to TT out a villager and you've cycled 16 villagers since you had her in your town you're more than welcome to her. I can hold her until tomorrow evening PST.

I don't think there's a definite way to tell unless you've been keeping track. I save all of their goodbye letters in the order they moved out to tell how many villagers have left. I've never done the 16 villager cycle before though, so I'm not 100% sure.
