Buying Celeste ribbon/hair bow/both

Hiya I've only used this once I think to get a villager years ago, so I'm not sure what the currency is other than in game bells, but I'm willing to pay whatever amount of IGB you want for a Celeste ribbon and hair bow :')

Or if you can explain what the other currency is?? I'm very curious but don't know where to look to know what it is hehe
