Celeste DIY glitch? (Probably a dumb question)

So we all know that once you get all of Celeste's normal DIYs, she'll just give you star fragments, right? I remember reading somewhere that she'll also no longer give you zodiac diys if this happens too. Like, not even when you go into a new astrological phase (like from Cancer to Leo)? Is this actually true?

I ask because I'm one DIY away from a complete normal set (only missing the star head) and I don't wanna unwittingly lock myself out of the rest of her astrological DIYs. DX

Another thing of note is this supposed glitch came from an earlier patch in the game so for all I know this has since been patched out and I have nothing to worry about XP. But it'd be nice to get some confirmation.

I've gotten all the diys and star fragments from Celeste. I've then gotten the zodiac diys during each zodiac's time including the current one (leo), so I don't think it's true unless it's a glitch like the pascal one that only affects some people.

I should also add I don't TT at all and got all my Celeste diys from Celeste herself, so hopefully I'll be ok (and worst case scenario the star head is my least favorite celeste diy so nothing of value will be lost XP)

I've had her full set of regular recipes for some time, and have no issue getting the appropriate zodiac recipe when the time arises. I also don't TT.

If you ran out of Celeste recipes other than the zodiac ones, you can only get the zodiac ones during the correct season. HOWEVER you can only get one zodiac recipe per zodiac season according to the time on your island. So you can't just travel to a island with a different zodiac season in a week to get the recipes. You also have to time travel or wait.
