there isn't Gamestop in Australia.

I don't think it's available for any region other than Japan. If you imported the game, I think you might be out of luck unless the imports connect to the servers. I don't even think that the event is available yet...

Pretty sure the vast majority of new event Pokemon can't be put on the GTS.

The Celebi event hasn't arrived in Australia yet (which sucks).

You can currently get a Mew though (yay), which isn't too bad.

Celebi hasn't hit anywhere outside of Japan. ;-;
