Buying Cedar Saplings

Hi! I started my second copy of Animal Crossing New Leaf back in May 05, 2014, and since then, I've been trying to collect cedar saplings for a really nice spot I found in my town. I just need 11 cedar saplings. This is great, too, because I have enough TBT Bells for 11 cedar saplings. May I please buy them?
