I would, therefore, like to present:

(When picking a villager up) Pick up anything/run
Sell or trade ANY villager I give you, regardless of whether or not it accidentally ends up in boxes

You must:
Have dreamie proof (for tier 1-2)
Say 'cat' in the comments when you want to adopt

Priorities:
Priority in order: Me (can reserve), Friends (can reserve), Friends of friends (can't reserve, but have a higher chance), Dreamie proof/lurkers, random person)
